“I take a biomechanical approach to fitness, focusing on how your body is built to move. By training neuromuscular connections and developing strong, flexible muscles, we unlock real power—the kind that translates into explosive performance and pain-free living. Whether you’re an athlete looking to level up or someone simply seeking a healthier, more capable body, it’s all about sculpting your body to move the way you want it to.”

Eat.

Train.

Succeed.

As a lifelong athlete, I bring passion, experience, and energy to every training session. My background includes competing at the state and collegiate levels in both soccer and track, earning a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, and taking home gold at the California State Championship. I was also a finalist in the 1999 USA Junior Olympics.
I continue to challenge myself through endurance races and obstacle events like the Tough Mudder, constantly pushing the limits of strength, agility, and mental toughness.
For over a decade, I coached young athletes at Eclipse Soccer Club in Lamorinda and currently sit on the Board of Directors. I also work with collegiate athletes to help them reach their sport-specific performance goals. Whether you’re a competitive athlete or just starting your fitness journey, my high-energy, functional training style is designed to help you stay motivated, have fun, and achieve real results.
